Dariro 1.0 is a Pan-African–inspired civic futures gathering that unites activists, youth-led collectives, feminist organisers, human rights defenders, media actors, and art-driven social innovators from across Southern Africa. Framed around the idea of a circle, it creates a space for honest reflection, future scanning, and collective strategy building, while drawing strength from African liberation histories and cross-border solidarity.
The convening also embraces a wider Pan-African civic vision — believing that Africa’s future progress, freedom, and people-powered movements are interconnected, borderless, and strengthened through shared knowledge, culture, and foresight tools like scenario planning and backcasting.

InspireX partnered with Thrive Afrika and The Southern Africa Trust to create the visual identity and event branding for Dariro 1.0, a Pan-African civic futures gathering. We translated the themes of community, dialogue, and shared African futures into bold, culturally inspired graphics, including banners, programs, name tags, and lanyards, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual experience across all event materials.
